For Custom-Tailoring Orders delivered Out of India, if the clothes still need a minor alteration, we will issue Alteration Coupons. The value of each Alteration Coupon is determined on the product category. For Custom Orders delivered Out of India, we also offer a One-Time Replacement Policy. This policy is applicable only once in a lifetime for customers and can be availed within 7 days of the product being delivered. You can avail Replacement for the entire order, or part of the order, as the case may be, subject to a capped value.
